I grew up on a farm in South Georgia and I spent weekends and summers with my Granny.  Between Granny and my mom, I had some amazing teachers on the way food should be cooked.  My Granny taught me two things, first, she taught me about Jesus and secondly, she taught me  how to cook.  I have taken both of those lessons and applied it to the food I serve.  I still go to the farm when I need to escape.  The farm is where my love for cooking and BBQ began.  My grandmother always loved guests coming to her home and she never knew who we would bring to her home to eat.  I hope you enjoy the food as much as I enjoyed learning how to cook and fixing it for you!
